Our story begins in Morocco. In the city of Fes, the Murciano family maintained a small cellar, producing kosher wine for the local Jewish community. Wine has always been deeply embedded in Jewish tradition and daily life—its presence not just symbolic, but essential.

So essential, in fact, that the first act of Noah after leaving the ark was to plant a vineyard and make wine.

Like Noah, and like our family in Fes, our purpose remains unchanged: to bring wine—and the joy that comes with it—to communities everywhere. Today, the Noah Winery estate in Ge’ulim continues this tradition, crafting wines in Israel to share with all.
